We talk about the "heart of a champion" because greatness is an internal, and deeply personal quality. When we see a great performance in any area (business, athletics, scholarship, relationships, etc) we are seeing the byproduct of courage, commitment and persistence. This is greatness. It is what champions experience, not what we actually see. I am honored to be a small part of Nicole and Audrey Nourse's journey to greatness. And proud of the immense courage they have to do the internal work it takes to be the champions they are.
