Dr. Josh's weekly Take Action segment from The Alabama News Center. There is so much talk about the application of mindfulness practices to eating and nutrition. Snacking is often the exact opposite. Snacking is eating behavior that can have little to do with hunger. Some simple strategies to stay on top of snacking so that it is nutrition driven vs an unconscious behavior.
